This is a widget by Third Party Services, we don't know if they stop providing their services for free in future.
Get your Rating ID
Step 1: Go to Widget Pack.
Step 2: Create a Free Account or Sign in with Existing Account.
Step 3: At the top, there will be an ID besides your domain name. Simply copy the ID number.
Enable Rating Widget
Step 1: Login to Blogger.
Step 2: Go to Layout Menu.
Step 3: In Rating Widget, click on pencil icon and enter your Rating ID.
That's done. Refresh your blog, you will be able to see Rating Widget in your Articles.
